Abstract:
Provided is an electric blower in which the positions of tip-end sides of of teeth relative to a rotor can be set more accurately, while improving efficiency. A cylindrical back yoke (31) is provided with yoke portions (41) and other yoke portions (42). The yoke portions (41) are respectively positioned between one pair of teeth (32a), (32b) and another pair of teeth (32c), (32d), face each other, and have substantially equal lengths in the circumferential direction. The other yoke portions (42) are positioned between the one pair of teeth (32a), (32b) and the other pair of teeth (32c), (32d), face each other, and have substantially equal lengths in the circumferential direction. The yoke portions (41) have shorter lengths in the circumferential direction than the other yoke portions (42). Furthermore, the magnetic paths formed in the yoke portions (41) are larger than those formed in the other yoke portions (42).
