Abstract:
An electric car control apparatus comprises an inverter (8) that supplies/receives powers to/from an AC electric motor (7); a filter capacitor (1) that is connected in parallel to the DC side of the inverter (8); a filter reactor (3) that is disposed between the filter capacitor (1) and an overhead wire (4); an overhead wire voltage meter (10) that meters the voltage of the overhead wire (4); a voltage rise determining part (11) that receives an overhead wire voltage (Es) metered by the overhead wire voltage meter (10) and that determines a voltage rise amount (Eser) when the overhead wire voltage (Es) exceeds a reference voltage value (Kd) and rises at a speed equal to or greater than a predetermined rise speed; a corrected torque command value calculating part (12) that calculates a corrected torque command value (PTR1) as corrected by reducing an externally inputted torque command value (PTR) for a predetermined time interval after the voltage rise determining part (11) detects a voltage rise amount (Eser) equal to or greater than a predetermined value during a regenerative operation of the inverter (8); and a vector control part (9) that controls the inverter (8) such that the AC electric motor (7) outputs a torque in accordance with the corrected torque command value (PTR1).
