Abstract:
Disclosed are an electric card auxiliary inner-cooling texture turning tool, and a nanofluid minimal lubrication intelligent working system and a control method therefor. The electric card auxiliary inner-cooling texture turning tool comprises: an inner-cooling turning tool handle (III-6), a direction-adjustable spray nozzle (III-1) and an inner-cooling turning tool blade (III-4), wherein an inner-cooling turning tool blade pressing device (III-2) is arranged on the inner-cooling turning tool handle (III-6), and presses the inner-cooling turning tool blade (III-4) against the inner-cooling turning tool handle (III-6); a front blade face of the inner-cooling turning tool blade (III-4) is provided with texture; and the inner-cooling turning tool blade pressing device (III-2) is of a hollow structure and provided with the direction-adjustable spray nozzle (III-1), and the inner-cooling turning tool blade pressing device (III-2) is in communication with an internal channel of the direction-adjustable spray nozzle (III-1). The nanofluid minimal lubrication intelligent working system further comprises an electric card handle cooling fin moving system for cooling a turning tool handle. The control method matches an optimal liquid supply quantity by means of a cutting parameter, thereby realizing intelligent supply of a lubricating fluid. In the electric card auxiliary inner-cooling texture turning tool, steerable inner-cooling spray head design with an atomization effect is realized, thereby realizing accurate and controllable intelligent supply of minimal lubricating fluid.
