Abstract:
This use management device is provided with: a travelling information acquisition unit that acquires the next scheduled-travelling information of an electric cart; a residual capacity information acquisition unit that acquires residual capacity information of a battery; a determination unit that determines whether a battery needs recharging on the basis of the scheduled-travelling information and the residual capacity information; and a control unit that executes permission control which permits the driving of a travelling motor if the determination unit determines that the battery does not need recharging, and that executes prohibition control which prohibits the driving of the travelling motor if the determination unit determines that the battery needs recharging.
