Abstract:
Provided is an electric clamping jaw. A sliding member (600) of the electric clamping jaw is provided with an upper limiting part (610), a lower limiting part (620) and a mounting position (630), wherein a rack (400) is fixedly arranged in the mounting position. At least a mesh part of the rack is protruded from a limiting face(631) of the lower limiting part in a direction away from a supporting wall (510) from the upper side of the lower limiting part. Further, a long supporting shaft (710) and a short supporting shaft (720) are used for being cooperated with the upper limiting part and the lower limiting part, for limiting the sliding member together with a supporting wall of a sliding seat (500). The lower part of the rack in the electric clamping jaw is the lower limiting part, and the limiting face thereof is integrally retracted towards one side of the supporting wall, the whole limiting face is separated from output tooth (301) of a gear transmission mechanism, and is not in contact with the output tooth during the whole moving process of the sliding member, so that the meshing of the output tooth and the rack cannot be influenced. When a large-stroke design needs to be carried out, only the sliding member, the rack and other parts need to be lengthened according to the needed stroke, and the positions of the supporting shafts do not need to be changed. Further, according to the electric clamping jaw, the two supporting shafts with long length and short length are adopted for limiting support, so that the supporting points are increased and more reliable.
