Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric cleaner comprising a cleaner main body with an electric blower and a dust collection chamber detachably mounted to the cleaner main body. The dust collection chamber has an actuator that vibrates the dust collection chamber, a drive unit that drives the actuator, a power storage unit that supplies power to the drive unit, and a dust-removal switch that electrically connects the drive unit and the power storage unit. The cleaner main body has a recharging unit that recharges the power storage unit, and which always recharges the power storage unit for a first predetermined time once operation of the electric blower has started and subsequently intermittently recharges the power storage unit at least while the electric blower is stopped.
