Abstract:
In the electric compressor, an inverter 5 has a plurality of drive control elements (U1-U6) for controlling the driving of a plurality of power switching elements (Q1-Q6). Each of the plurality of power switching elements (Q1-Q6) is disposed in a portion set apart from a band-shaped region 6c including a portion 6b of a second-space-S2-side wall surface of a partition wall part 6 that faces a support part 6a, said power switching elements (Q1-Q6) being disposed in such a configuration that the power-source-side elements and ground-side elements face each other and terminal parts T face each same-phase pair of power switching elements. The plurality of drive control elements (U1-U6) are arranged above the band-shaped region 6c.
