Abstract:
This invention relates to electric connection field, which is an electric connection socket. It can solve the following problem consisting in the present sockets. When a socket contacts with a plug, one electrode-connecting component will rub and slide on metal pins. Thus arc came into being with the electric contact, which result in oxidation damage to metal pins . Electric connection socket is composed of a body, the electri source-connecting component set in the body, at least one electrode-connecting component which is set on the body and able to slide in a slot, a conducting spring arm which connects the corresponding electric source-connecting component, a spring which connects the body with electrode-connecting components, sliver contacts which are set on the contacting point of the electrode-connecting component with the conducting spring arm. When electrode-connecting components slide toward and contact with the conducting spring arms by spring force, the spring make the electrode-connecting component bounce and separate from the conducting spring arm. When the electrode-connecting component is pressed and contacts with the conducting spring arm, arc will take place between the electrode-connecting component and the conducting spring arm, instead of metal pins and electrode-connecting component.
