Abstract:
Provided is a low-profile electric connection structure that allows the inner side and outer side of an airtight chamber to be electrically connected reliably while maintaining the airtightness inside the airtight chamber. The electric connection structure (1) electrically connects the inner side (A) with the outer side (B) of the airtight chamber which are divided by a partition wall (40). The electric connection structure (1) comprises: a substrate (10) that occludes an aperture section (41) which is formed on the partition wall (40) so as to connect the inner side (A) with the outer side (B) of the airtight chamber; and a first connector (20) that is provided at least on the inner side (A) or the outer side (B) with respect to the substrate (10) and extends substantially parallel to the substrate (10). A first contact (22) of the first connector (20) has an elastic contact piece (22c) that is brought into contact elastically with a conductive pad (15) to be connected.
