Abstract:

Disclosed is an electric connector that is disposed between an in-vehicle wiring cable (11a) and a train information transmitting/receiving device. The in-vehicle wiring cable (11a) includes a plurality of signal lines (41) that transmit train information, and a conductive shield layer (45) that surrounds the circumferences of the signal lines (41), and one end of a shield grounding line (32) is connected to the shield layer (45). A housing for the train information transmitting/receiving device is grounded, and a plurality of plug pins electrically connected to the signal lines (41) are disposed in the housing. A conductive connector case (12a), i.e., the housing of the electric connector, is connected to the other end of the shield grounding line (32), and is grounded via the housing of the train information transmitting/receiving device when the signal lines (41) and the plug pins are electrically connected to each other.
