Abstract:
An electric cooker comprising a cooker body, a cooker lid (100), and a pressure relief device (200). A cooking cavity is defined in the cooker body. An air vent (103) communicating with the cooking cavity is formed on the cooker lid (100). The pressure relief device is provided at the air vent (103) and used for maintaining the pressure in the cooking cavity below a rated pressure Prated. When it is detected that the temperature of the soup in the cooking cavity rises to a bumping temperature Tbumping, and/or the absolute vapor pressure in the cooking cavity rises to a bumping pressure Pbumping, and/or the relative vapor pressure in the cooking cavity is greater than a first set pressure of the pressure relief device (200), the pressure relief device (200) opens the air vent (103) to facilitate bumping of the soup in the cooking cavity. The bumping temperature Tbumping of the soup is lower than the boiling temperature Tboiling thereof; the bumping pressure Pbumping of the soup is lower than the rated pressure Prated thereof. The boiling temperature Tboiling of the soup is the boiling temperature Tboiling of the soup at the rated pressure Prated.
