Abstract:
An electric cooking device, and cooking method for same. The electric cooking device comprises: a main body having a cooking chamber defined therein; a lid (10a) provided on the main body and having a pressure relief opening (12a) thereon; a blocking structure (30a) provided at the pressure relief opening (12a); and a drive device provided on the lid and configured to drive, under the action of a pressure in the main body, the blocking structure to open the pressure relief opening. The drive device is driven to move by the pressure in the cooking chamber, and drives the blocking structure to open the pressure relief opening to instantly depressurize the electric cooking device, thus enabling rapid and reliable depressurization of the electric cooking device, and providing a better texture of food. The electric cooking device of the present invention employs passive depressurization to depressurize and eliminate the need of active control on the device and the level, thus enabling a simple structure and a low cost of the electric cooking device.
