Abstract:
A first magnetic sensor 1 output that is free from delay produced by a low-pass filter, and a first threshold value Vref1, are compared by a comparator 3. Therefore, in the event that a measured electric current I has suddenly increased from a small electric current to a large electric current, the comparator 3 immediately detects that the level of the measured electric current I has exceeded a threshold electric current corresponding to the first threshold value Vref1, and a selector 4 immediately selects the output of a first low-pass filter 11.
