Abstract:
First electromagnetic conversion elements 25a, 25e, 25f, 25j having an axis of sensitivity orthogonal to a Y1-Y2 direction, which is the direction in which a second electric current path portion CB2 is inclined relative to a first electric current path portion CB1, are provided to a first surface 16a that is on a side toward the second electric current path portion CB2 side (on the side closer to the second electric current path portion CB2). Second magnetron conversion elements 25b, 25c, 25d, 25g, 25h, 25i having an axis of sensitivity orthogonal to the direction of the first electric current path portion CB1 are provided to a second surface 16b on the opposite side from the second electric current path portion CB2.
