Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric departure and lowering device for a hanging system, the device being mounted on a departure position in a garment machine with the hanging system and comprising: a base (10), a departure rail (30), a lowering member (40) and a power assembly (50). The base (10) comprises a support seat (101) and a support rack (102) connected to the support seat (101). The departure rail (30), mounted on the support rack (102), is used for moving garment hangers. The lowering member (40) comprises a lowering rail (401). The power assembly (50) comprises an electric motor (501) and a linkage mechanism (502), the electric motor (501) being mounted on the support seat (101), one end of the linkage mechanism (502) being connected to an output end of the electric motor (501), and the other end thereof being connected to one end of the lowering rail (401) by means of the departure rail (30) to drive the other end of the lowering rail (401) to rise and fall relative to the end of the lowering rail (401). By replacing the original pneumatic control with the control by the electric motor (501), the phenomenon that a garment hanger does not depart from a workstation or a plurality of garment hangers depart from the workstation simultaneously is eliminated, ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of the garment hangers.
