Title:
ELECTRIC DIRECT ACTING ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC BRAKE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/142260
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric brake device whereinto an electric direct acting actuator is installed, and wherein desired braking force can be obtained with high accuracy. A load sensor (30) which detects the pressing force of an outer ring member (5) that linearly drives a driven article is provided inside a motion conversion mechanism which converts the rotational motion of a rotation shaft (4) into a linear motion of the outer ring member (5) serving as an output member, said rotation shaft (4) being a shaft whereto rotation is transferred from an electric motor (2). As a consequence, when the load sensor (30) is used in the electric brake device, the braking force generated by the driven article of the brake device can be directly detected, resulting in a desired braking force being able to be obtained with high accuracy.
