Abstract:
In this invention, an axial member (32) is configured to have the same polarity as discharge electrodes (60). Each of the discharge electrodes (60) comprises an electrode main body (65), and a tip portion (63) formed at the end of the electrode main body (65) so as to face an inner peripheral surface (21) of a counter electrode (20). Each of the discharge electrodes (60) extend in such a manner that the tip portion (63) and the electrode main body (65) shift in the axial direction of the axial member (32). A streamer discharge develops from the tip portion (63) of each of the discharge electrodes (60) to the inner peripheral surface (21) of the counter electrode (20).
