Abstract:
An electric double panel inward gliding door and an inward gliding door driving apparatus thereof, comprising a circular sector gear (1) rotating coaxially with a door shaft (11) of the inward gliding door, a driving mechanism used for driving the circular sector gear (1) to rotate, and an unlocking mechanism. The driving mechanism comprises a motor gear (2) and a motor (3) driving the motor gear (2) to rotate. The unlocking mechanism comprises a cylinder (4), a cylinder push rod (401) extending from the cylinder (4), and a locking block (5) arranged at an extremity of the cylinder push rod (401). The extremity of the locking block (5) is transmissively connected to the gear shaft of the motor gear (2). The locking block (5) is provided thereon with a locking block rotating shaft (501) around which the locking block horizontally rotates. A flexible element used for applying a reset torsion force to the locking block (5) is provided on the locking block rotating shaft (501). When the cylinder (4) takes in air, the cylinder push rod (401) pushes the locking block (5) to rotate, thus allowing the motor gear (2) to mesh with the circular sector gear (1) and to turn the flexible element; when the cylinder (4) discharges air, the locking block (5) rotates back under the effect of the reset torsion force of the flexible component and drives the motor gear (2) to disengage from the circular sector gear (1). The apparatus provides improved locking reliability, great mechanical stability, and a small footprint, and is provided with a safe and reliable catch prevention function.
