Abstract:
An electric drive assembly of a dry differential and a new energy automobile. The electric drive assembly of a dry differential comprises a speed reducer and a differential, wherein the speed reducer comprises a speed reducer box body (10) and a speed reducer cover (1); the differential is rotatably disposed in the speed reducer box body (10) and comprises a differential cover (4) and a differential box body (9); the differential cover (4) is fixedly connected with the differential box body (9); bearing mounting seats are disposed on an end of the differential cover (4) and an end of the differential box body (9) that are opposite to each other; a pair of half-shaft gears (5), a pair of planet gears (6) and a planet gear shaft (7) are disposed in a housing formed thereby; two ends of the planet gear shaft (7) are fixed to the differential box body (9), and the planet gears (6) are sleeved on the two ends of the planet gear shaft (7); each half-shaft gear (5) meshes with the corresponding planet gear (6), and a half-shaft gear oil seal (8) is disposed in an inner hole of each half-shaft gear (5). The half-shaft gear oil seals (8) in the electric drive assembly are static seals and have simple structures and high sealing reliability. Differential oil seals (2) are sealed with the outer circumferences of the half-shaft gears (5), and compared with the traditional structure which relies on the outer circumference seal of a transmission shaft, the eccentric amount and the axial movement are reduced, and the abrasion of the half-shaft gear oil seals (8) is reduced.
