Abstract:
In the present invention, the end face part (15) of a motor housing (11) on the opposite side from an output part of a rotary shaft (23) of an electric motor is provided with a power supply circuit-side heat dissipation part (15B) and a power conversion circuit-side heat dissipation part (15A) for transferring the heat generated by at least a power supply circuit unit (17) and a power conversion circuit unit (16) to the motor housing (11), and the power conversion circuit-side heat dissipation part (15A) formed on the end face part (15) is formed more toward the electric motor side relative to a sensor magnet (38) which is a component of a rotation detection unit fixed to the opposite end of the rotary shaft (23) from the output part. This configuration, in addition to reducing the axial length to the extent possible, is able to efficiently dissipate heat from the power supply circuit unit (17) and the power conversion circuit unit (16) to the outside and improve the detection sensitivity of the magnetic sensor.
