Abstract:
A power supply circuit side heat dissipation portion (15B), which transfers the heat generated in at least a power supply circuit portion (17) and a power conversion circuit portion (16) to a motor housing (11), and a power conversion circuit side heat dissipation portion (15A) are formed on the housing end surface portion (15) of the motor housing on the opposite side of the output portion (14) of the rotating shaft (23) of an electric motor. Further, substrates constituting the power supply circuit portion (17) and a control circuit portion (18) are arranged and stacked in the radial direction of the rotating shaft (23) of the electric motor, and a metal cover (12) is fixed to the housing end surface portion (15) so as to cover the control circuit portion (18), the power supply circuit portion (17), and the power conversion circuit portion (16). This makes it possible to make the length of the device in the axial direction as short as possible and efficiently release the heat generated in the power supply circuit portion (17) and the power conversion circuit portion (16) to the outside.
