Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide an electric element capable of increasing an area of contact
between a signal internal electrode and a signal external electrode and mitigating
stress attributed by layering. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An electric element
includes a plurality of signal internal electrodes (11). The signal internal
electrode (11) includes a flat unit (111), and drawing-out units (112, 113).
The drawing-out units (112, 113) are arranged at both ends of the flat unit (111).
The flat unit (111) has length L3 and width W2. The drawing-out units (112, 113)
has length L2, width W2 at one end in the length direction DR2 and W1 at the other
end in the length direction DR2. The signal internal electrode (11) is connected
to the signal external electrode by the drawing-out units (112, 113). Moreover,
a division groove is formed in a signal internal electrode (11F) and a grounding
internal electrode (21C).
