Abstract:
Provided is an electric field-based cancer treatment apparatus characterized by comprising: at least a pair of electrodes for applying an electric field into the body; and a conductive medium provided between the electrodes and the skin to which the electrodes are attached, wherein the conductive medium has a thickness for maintaining a skin current density in the skin to which the electrodes are attached at 100mA/cm2 or less.
