Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric fluid pump (1) having a wet region (2), in which a permanently excited rotor (3) of an electronically commutated electric motor (4) is arranged, and having a dry region (6), in which control electronics (7) with an electrical printed circuit board (8) is arranged which has a plurality of power semiconductors (9) with in each case one cooling tab (10), wherein the wet region (2) and the dry region (6) are separated from one another by a separating device (5). It is essential to the invention here that the power semiconductors (9) are arranged spaced apart from the printed circuit board (8) via electrically conductive wires (13), and that the power semiconductors (9) and the cooling tabs (10) thereof are connected in a heat-transferring manner to the separating device (5).
