Abstract:
An electric griddle (1), comprising components such as a body (2), four direct-current fans (3), a frying tray (4), a fan support (5), an oil filter tray (6), a recess (7), an air inlet (8), an air outlet (9), holes (11), a curved face (12), a main body housing (13), a body face housing (14), a filter sieve (15), a water collection tray (16), a switch (18) and a heating tube (19). By means of the arrangement of the components, under the driving action of the fans (3), a circulating airflow can be generated, and cooking fumes in the airflow are gradually eliminated after passing through the filter sieve (15) and the water collection tray (16).
