Abstract:
A holder 14 is provided with: engaging parts 20b, 21b that engage with an upper electrode plate 12 from the PTC element 10 side and the opposite side; and engaging parts 20c, 21c engaging with a lower electrode plate 13 from the PTC element 10 side and the opposite side. The holder 14 is configured so as to allow the displacement of the upper electrode plate 12 in the direction towards/away from the lower electrode plate 13 between the engaging parts 20b, 21b and engaging parts 20c, 21c.
