Abstract:
An electric heating device and a preparation method therefor. The electric heating device comprises at least one PTC electric heating element (6) and radiation fins (91); the PTC electric heating element (6) comprises a positive and a negative electrode plate (5) and a PTC element (4) located between the positive and the negative electrode plate (5); the radiation fins (91) are located on the outer surface of the PTC electric heating element (6); and the surface on the radiation fins (91) which is not in contact with the PTC electric heating element (6) is uncharged. The electric heating device does not use flat aluminium tubes or aluminium tubes in the prior art, in which way not only is the cost saved, but the heat resistance of the flat aluminium tubes in the intermediate links is also reduced, the heat-exchange efficiency is enhanced, and the volume power density is increased.
