Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of buffet stoves. Disclosed is an electric heating plate for a buffet stove. The electric heating plate comprises a heat insulation box (6) and a heat generation plate (1), wherein the heat generation plate (1) is mounted on the top of the heat insulation box (6). The electric heating plate further comprises a U-shaped electric heating pipe (7) and several heat protectors (2), wherein the U-shaped electric heating pipe (7) is cast at the bottom of the heating plate (1); the heat protectors (2) are mounted at the bottom of the heat generation plate (1); and the heat protectors (2) are arranged in the middle of the U-shaped electric heating pipe (7). By means of the U-shaped electric heating pipe (7) being directly cast at the bottom of the heat generation plate (1), the electric heating plate is more convenient to produce, and a heat transfer efficiency is higher; by means of the U-shaped electric heating pipe (7), the heat is transferred to the heat generation plate (1), thereby ensuring that the heat generation plate (1) can be be uniformly heated; and by means of the heat protectors (2) being additionally arranged in the middle of the U-shaped electric heating pipe (7), the temperature of the heat generation plate (1) can be accurately monitored, so as to protect the electric heating plate.
