Abstract:
An electric high-precision two-dimensional object carrying table, comprising an object carrying table bottom layer module (1), an object carrying table middle layer module (2) and an object carrying table upper layer module (3). The object carrying table bottom layer module (1) is connected to the object carrying table middle layer module (2) by means of an X-axis cross guide rail (4), the object carrying table middle layer module (2) is connected to the object carrying table upper layer module (3) by means of a Y-axis cross guide rail (35), and the object carrying table bottom layer module (1) is connected to the object carrying table middle layer module (2) by means of an X-axis feeding mechanism; and the X-axis feeding mechanism comprises an X-axis drive unit and an X-axis flexible lead screw mechanism, the X-axis drive unit being connected to the X-axis flexible lead screw mechanism, and the X-axis flexible lead screw mechanism comprising an X-direction lead screw (14), an X-axis nut block (24), an X-direction push block (6), an X-ball top installation connection block (43), a ball push rod (44) and a ball head plunger (45). The electric high-precision two-dimensional object carrying table has the advantages of, by using a flexible connection structure, the assembly requirements being reduced, the assembly efficiency being improved, and the precision being improved, and good precision stability can still be maintained after long-term use.
