Abstract:
An electric kettle capable of automatically cutting off the steam channel comprises a kettle body (1) and a switch button (2) which intercommunicates with the inside of the kettle body (1) via steam channel components. The steam channel components include a steam pipe (3) and a steam box (4). Two ends of the steam pipe (3) connect to the inside of the kettle body (1) and the inside of the steam box (4) respectively. A steam sensing switch (5) whose one side is provided with a bimetal strip (6) and the other side is provided with a movable rob (7) and a pair of electric contacts (8,9), is arranged spanningly in the steam box (4). The movable rob (7) is connected with an end of the switch button (2) whose middle part is hinged on the steam box (4). A piston device (10) is arranged at the connection between the steam pipe (3) and the steam box (4). A connecting rob (11) whose end is hinged on the steam box (4) and middle part is sleeved on the switch button (2), is connected with the piston device (10).
