Abstract:
In the present invention, circumferential grooves (52) that engage a helical protrusion (51) provided in the inner diameter surface of an outer ring member (21) are formed in the outer diameter surface of planetary rollers (49), and by means of the rotation of a rotary shaft (34) the planetary rollers (49) are made to rotate on their axes and revolve by means of frictional contact with the rotary shaft (34), thereby moving the outer ring member (21) linearly in the axial direction. With respect to the range of the axial length of a sliding guide gap formed between the inner diameter surface of a cylinder chamber (20a) and the outer diameter surface of the outer ring member (21), when at least the portion of the sliding guide gap corresponding to the planetary rollers (49) is set as an increased gap fit section (g), and when the diameter of the outer ring member (21) expands due to elastic deformation, the expanded portion thereof is accommodated by the increased gap fit section (g), thereby preventing the linear movement of the outer ring member (21) from being obstructed.
