Abstract:
An electric mechanical gripper, comprising a motor (1), an installation plate (2) provided at a lower end of the motor and an execution mechanism connected to a motor shaft (3). The installation plate has an "n" shape, an upper end center portion thereof is fixed to the motor, and the execution mechanism is provided in a lower end cavity thereof. The execution mechanism is formed from a rotating plate (4) connected to the motor shaft, a pair of parallel guiding columns (5) at a lower end of the rotating plate, a pair of sliders (6) matching and inserted into the parallel guiding columns, and a pair of V-shaped claws (10). The rotating plate is circular, a center portion thereof is fixed on the motor shaft, and a pair of centrally symmetrical S-shaped grooves (11) is provided thereon. On the pair of sliders is correspondingly provided two through-holes for inserting the parallel guiding columns therein; at an upper end center portion thereof is a pair of parallel vertical columns (8) that are inserted into, connect with and match the S-shaped grooves; at a lower end thereof is fixed a pair of V-shaped claws provided opposite to each other. The electric mechanical gripper uses a motor for driving, and opens and closes the V-shaped claws by the parallel vertical columns of the slider upper end sliding inside the rotating plate grooves. The structure of the invention is simple and reasonable.
