Abstract:
An in-facility electric mobility vehicle M in which a user U is seated is provided with: a mobility vehicle body 30 comprising a wheel 10, a driving device for driving the wheel 10, and a seat S in which the user U is seated; and sensors 90, 95 installed on the mobility vehicle body 30. The mobility vehicle body 30 is provided with a control device that controls the driving device for at least one of automatic driving and automatic stopping, by using detected data from the sensor 30. The control device is configured such that a detection cancellation area, which is an area in which a part of a garment or the like of the user U may be present in an area in front of the user U seated in the seat S, can be set within the detection data from the sensors 90, 95. The electric mobility vehicle M is further provided with a lower sensor 96 that detects an avoidance target in a lower area LA, which is on a lower side of a footrest face 32c or between a front end part of a footrest and the detection cancellation area. When the lower sensor 96 detects the avoidance target in the lower area LA, the control device controls the driving device for an avoidance operation.
