Title:
ELECTRIC MOTOR CONTROL DEVICE AND CABLE DISCONNECTION DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/155585
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An electric motor control device relating to the present invention is provided with: a controller that controls, by performing switching control with respect to an inverter performing power conversion in accordance with a torque command, alternating current power to be supplied to an electric motor; and a current sensor that detects a phase current flowing in an AC cable connecting the electric motor and the inverter to each other. The controller has a disconnection detection unit, which acquires, as a phase current detection value, the phase current having been detected by means of the current sensor, calculates a phase current command value to the electric motor on the basis of the torque command, and determines, by each phase, whether there is AC cable disconnection on the basis of the transition result of a differential value in each phase between the phase current command value and the phase current detection value.
