Abstract:
Provided is an electric motor control device comprising: a deviation suppression and compensation unit that outputs a deviation suppression signal for driving an electric motor so that the difference between a position command signal and a signal based on an electric motor position signal becomes 0; an acceleration extraction unit that outputs, as a frame acceleration signal, an acceleration component in the natural frequency of a frame, from a frame vibration signal which is information on the vibration of the frame to which a stator of the electric motor is mounted; an acceleration compensation unit that outputs a proportional compensation signal obtained by multiplying the frame acceleration signal by a proportional gain; a mechanical-end correction unit that, in accordance with a change in a mechanical-end adjustment parameter input from the outside, outputs a mechanical-end correction signal obtained by changing at least the amplitude of the proportional compensation signal, and that causes the oscillation amplitude of a mechanical-end relative position to decrease by causing the oscillation amplitude of the electric motor position to increase; and an adding unit that outputs, as a drive signal for the electric motor, a signal in which the mechanical-end compensation signal is added to the deviation suppression signal.
