Abstract:
In order to realize both the improvement in a disturbance suppression force of an electric motor control device and the vibration suppression of a load machine (2) by an easy adjustment, a speed control circuit (9a) inputs a speed command signal (vr) or a target of the speed of an electric motor (3) a corrected speed signal (vmc), which is corrected by a speed correction signal (vc) from a speed signal (vm) or the current value of the speed of the electric motor (3), and outputs a torque command signal (&tgr r) designating the target value of a torque (&tgr m) for the electric motor (3) to drive the load machine (2). A vibration suppression circuit (11a) outputs the speed correction signal (vc) on the basis of the input of an acceleration signal (al) indicating the current value of the acceleration of the load machine (2). The transmission function of the vibration suppression circuit (11a) is made such that the transmission function from the acceleration signal (al) to the torque command signal (&tgr r) is a product of the transmission function from a position signal (xm) indicating the current value of the position of the electric motor (3) to the torque command signal (&tgr r) and the proportional characteristics and the integration characteristics of a predetermined gain.
