Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy of estimating the frequency and attenuation coefficient of residual oscillation in which a plurality of frequencies are superimposed, an electric motor control device of the present invention comprises: a damping control setting unit (7) for specifying one of a plurality of damping-frequency candidate frequencies; an estimation signal calculation unit (51) for outputting, from control system oscillation components and on the basis of an actuating signal (Xm) in relation to a subject (1) being controlled, an estimation signal (Xs) in which signal components of the other candidate frequencies are reduced with the exception of the one candidate frequency; and a resonance characteristics estimation unit (41) for estimating a single resonance frequency from the estimation signal (Xs) which has been output. The damping control setting unit (7) individually specifies each of the plurality of candidate frequencies as a single candidate frequency, and in a feed-forward control unit (2) sets each of the resonance frequencies which are estimated by the resonance characteristics estimation unit (41) in relation to each of the single candidate frequencies that are individually specified.
