Abstract:
An electric motor, an electric motor controller, a heat exchange system, and a control method. The electric motor (33) comprises a housing, a stator mounted within the housing, a rotor coupled to the housing by means of a bearing, a winding wound on the stator, and a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole in communication with a cavity in the housing, wherein the liquid inlet hole is used for an insulating cooling liquid to flow in, and the liquid outlet hole is used for the insulating cooling liquid to flow out; the rotor comprises a rotating shaft, a rotor core mounted around the rotating shaft, and a permanent magnet mounted on the rotor core; the rotor core is provided with a first channel that communicates with the cavity; and the winding is used for inputting a direct-axis alternating current. The direct-axis alternating current is inputted by means of the winding of the electric motor, such that the rotating shaft and the rotor core of an electronic rotor and the stator generate heat due to the generation of eddy current loss and hysteresis loss, permanent magnets of the rotor generate heat due to the generation of eddy current losses, and the winding generates heat due to the generation of copper loss. Compared to heating that relies solely on the copper loss of a winding, higher heating power and heating efficiency can be provided, and the heating speed can be accelerated.
