Abstract:

An electric motor is provided with: a stationary part including a stator core with wrapped stator winding; a rotary part positioned rotatably with a shaft as the center thereof; a bearing for supporting the shaft; and a conductive bracket for securing the bearing in place. The rotary part includes a rotating body that holds a permanent magnet, and a shaft that joins with the rotating body in a manner such that the shaft passes through the center of the rotating body. In addition, the capacitance between the shaft and the outermost peripheral surface of the rotating body is made to be less than the capacitance between the bearing cone and the bearing cup when the bearing is rotated.
