Abstract:
Provided is an electric motor diagnosis device capable of determining whether there is a winding short-circuit (layer short-circuit) even in an electric motor having a varying load. The electric motor diagnosis device calculates with a logical operation unit (20) a load torque using a voltage input through sampling from a voltage input unit (11) and a current input through sampling from a current input unit (12); determines a reverse-phase admittance from the obtained load torque using a normal load torque/reverse-phase admittance characteristic stored beforehand in a storage unit (30); calculates a winding short-circuit evaluation value using the determined reverse-phase admittance, a reverse-phase voltage, and a reverse-phase current; and uses a threshold to determine whether there is a winding short-circuit in an electric motor (7).
