Abstract:
An electric motor is provided with: a stator; a rotor provided rotatably with respect to the stator; and a drive circuit board having a power IC for applying a drive voltage to the stator and a control IC for generating a PWM signal for controlling the power IC. The PWM signal generated by the control IC is generated using a pseudo-sine wave which is generated using a linear function and a quadratic function.
