Abstract:
This electric motor element includes at least a stator and a rotor, wherein the rotor includes: a first rotor part that is arranged in a part other than both ends of a cylindrical body of the rotor; and second rotors part that are arranged at each of both ends of the cylindrical body of the rotor. The first rotor part includes a plurality of d-axis flux paths for generating magnet torque among rotational torque components generated by a rotational magnetic field from the stator, and a plurality of q-axis flux paths for generating reluctance torque among the rotational torque components, a first bond magnet part being included in at least a part of each of the d-axis flux paths. The second rotor parts include a plurality of second bond magnet parts that are integrally formed with the first bond magnet parts.
