Abstract:
In order to provide a brush device having excellent assembly workability, this brush device is equipped with: a positive-pole-side brush subassembly having a positive pole brush that supplies power to a commutator, a positive pole brush holder that holds the positive pole brush, and a positive-pole-side plate to which the positive pole brush holder is attached; and a negative-pole-side brush subassembly having a negative pole brush that supplies power to the commutator, a negative pole brush holder that holds the negative pole brush, and negative-pole-side plate to which the negative pole brush holder is attached. The positive-pole-side brush subassembly and the negative-pole-side brush subassembly are secured to each other or are positioned with respect to each other.
