Abstract:
An electric motor (1) is provided with a stator core (15), an insulator (3), a terminal portion (8), a winding (4), a mold body (6), and a printed board (5). The stator core is provided in the periphery of a cylindrical rotor having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a rotational axis (J) passing through the top surface and the bottom surface. The insulator is provided on the stator core and has a projection portion (9) projecting toward the outer peripheral side on the top surface side of the stator core. The terminal portion, which counts at least one, passes through the projection portion in a direction parallel with the rotational axis direction and has an exposed end portion on the top surface side of the projection portion and a mold end portion on the bottom surface side thereof. The winding (4) is wound around the stator core through the insulator and has an end portion connected to the mold end portion. The mold body integrally molds the stator core, the insulator, the winding, and the mold end portion and exposes the exposed end portion. The printed board is connected to the exposed end portion exposed from the mold body.
