Abstract:

An electric motor, a stator assembly, and a winding support therefor. The winding support comprises: a first insulating piece (100) and a second insulating piece (200). The first insulating piece (100) is provided with a first housing (110) and a plurality of first tooth accommodating shells (120) extending outward in the radial direction of the first housing (110). The second insulating piece (200) is provided with a second housing (210) and a plurality of second tooth accommodating shells (220) extending outward in the radial direction of the second housing (210). The first tooth accommodation shells (120) are provided with first protrusions (121), and the second tooth accommodation shells (220) are provided with second protrusions (221). The electromagnetic torque of a coil winding (400) when turned on is thus increased, and energy utilization is high. In addition, the winding support is used in coordination with a silicon steel material stator core (300), the center of the stator core (300) being hollow and thus able to reduce the amount of silicon steel material used, reducing iron loss and improving electromagnetic conversion efficiency, and thus improving energy utilization. The insulating material winding support is used in coordination with the silicon steel material stator core (300), causing the main shaft of the electric motor to be electrically insulated from the stator core (300), improving the operational safety of the electric motor.
