Title:
ELECTRIC MOTOR STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF REDUCING TEMPERATURE RISE OF BEARING, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/231471
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of electric motors. Disclosed are an electric motor structure capable of reducing the temperature rise of a bearing, and a manufacturing method therefor. The electric motor structure capable of reducing the temperature rise of a bearing comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a first sleeve, a first bearing seat, a stator and a bearing; a water inlet is provided on one side of the device body, and a water outlet is provided above the water inlet; the first bearing seat is mounted at the bottom of the device body by means of a bolt, and the first bearing seat is rotatably connected to the bearing; and the other end of the bearing is rotatably connected to a second bearing seat. The stator is sequentially wrapped in a heat conducting film, a mica tape and an alkali-free glass cloth tape, such that a heat conduction channel is formed in the whole insulating structure, which is conducive to improving the heat conduction efficiency inside an electric motor and the insulating property inside the electric motor, and is also conducive to reducing the wasteful loss formed by an axial electric current and the heat generated inside the electric motor, prolonging the service life of the electric motor, and reducing the heat generated by a bearing when the electric motor performs work.
