Abstract:
An electric motor support mounting structure, comprising an electric motor housing (1) and electric motor supports (2). An outer side wall of the electric motor housing (1) is provided with connecting supports (3), the electric motor supports (2) are mounted on the connecting supports (3), and the connecting supports (3) are used to connect the electric motor supports (2) to the electric motor housing (1). The connecting supports (3) act as intermediate connecting members, so that the universality of the electric motor housing (1) can be improved, the electric motor housing (1) can be matched with various electric motor supports (2) of different styles, the production efficiency can be effectively optimised, and the inventory of parts is reduced; and in addition, the electric motor supports (2) are connected to the connecting supports (3) by means of connecting members, avoiding direct welding of the electric motor supports (2) to the electric motor housing (1), so that damage to the internal structure of an electric motor caused by heat generated from welding the electric motor supports (2) is prevented. Therefore, when an electric motor is produced by using the structure, the electric motor supports (2) can be mounted after assembly of an electric motor unit is completed, so that the electric motor housing (1) can be rotated without the electric motor supports (2), the utilisation rate of packaging space can be effectively improved, transportation costs are reduced, and a requirement of two-site production of the electric motor are met.
