Abstract:
Disclosed are an electric motor-type light type conversion drive device and a conversion method therefor. The electric motor-type light type conversion drive device comprises: a clamp holder (6) fixed to a reflector and a movable light shield (5) on the clamp holder. The movable light shield (5) can flip up and down in front of an automobile headlamp to perform light shield switching matching light type conversion. An electric motor (2) drives the movable light shield (5) to flip forwards and downwards and to move downwards, so that a light type conversion function is achieved. After power-off, the movable light shield (5) automatically returns to the initial position, and a light type restoration conversion function is achieved. According to the device, a torsion spring design installed non-coaxially is adopted, the torsion spring maintains a relatively constant torque value throughout the stroke, and sluggishness in the light type conversion process is avoided; and with optimized adjustment of a winding, the heat productivity of the electric motor itself can be reduced, and sufficient torque output can be ensured. The present device has a compact and simple structure, reduces manufacturing process costs and noise, and is suitable for any light sources, particularly halogen headlamp light sources, LED light sources and the like with extremely rigorous temperature requirements.
