Abstract:
Provided is an electric movable body excellent in silence, such as a hybrid vehicle and an electric vehicle, including an informing sound generation mechanism that provides a natural sound so that pedestrians and the like can notice the presence of the electric movable body with a similar feeling to noticing that of a conventional vehicle.
The electric movable body that electrically obtains at least part of driving force by an electric motor comprises: an informing sound generation mechanism provided so that an informing sound is emitted from a space portion between the bottom portion of the electric movable body and a road surface; and an informing sound generation controller for controlling the sound generated by the informing sound generation mechanism.
