Abstract:
An electric multidirectional metal powder injection forming machine is applicable to produce powder metallurgy products with high precision and complicated three-dimensional shape, which mainly comprises a base frame (11), a main board (1), four groups of electric guide mould devices, a cross-shaped chute mould assembly, and an injection device assembly; the four groups of electric guide mould devices are mounted on the front of the machine; a slipper mould (8) is placed in a chute of a cross-shaped mould holder and connected with a shaft of an electric driver (2), and mould closing and opening functions are realized by means of linear movement of the electric driver shaft. An injection system of the machine is used for injecting mixed and heated metal powder material having fluidity into mould cavity, so that high quality, high melting point metal parts are manufactured. All guide mould devices and injection device are powered by electric power which reduces manufacture, use,and maintenance costs of the forming machine, reduces the environmental pollution caused by noise and oil stain, thereby improving the production efficiency and the quality of the parts, enabling simpler, safer, more efficient and more environment-friendly operation.
